My Evening Wedding Reception Party and Dance
My DJ will set up in the Music room early while I and my guests are still enjoying our wedding breakfast in the Conservatory. Then when my guests come through to the evening room, the DJ, his lights, and equipment, will be all set up ready for my guests to party the night away.
I see the Castle now has a Special Evening Entertainment Package - if I have 100 guests invited to my Evening Party I can add this for £22 a guest, to include the Evening Buffet, a specialist Wedding DJ, with numerous extras such as my first dance 'on clouds' - a full Evening Entertainment Package.
The evening function room is really two large rooms with a large opening between them.
150 can be seated in this room, or up to 200 with a mixture of standing and banquet style tables. As my guests will also occupy other rooms, I can have a very large evening party if I wish.
My Evening Function Room
My DJ sets up in the further away room, the Music Room, and my guests will be seated at long tables in the tall ceilinged Billiard Room (on right).
The main Patti Bar is behind the Billiard Room and my guests will be able to spread through the ground floor making the most of the space.
Any of my guests who'd prefer a quiet drink or chat away from the Disco can pop into the Nicolini lounge beside reception. The Bar will stay open till 01.00 or later if required.

More menu options
A cheese board is also an option though it is more expensive and has to be charged at a premium, depending on requirements and cheeses included.
Or add a set starter of say soup, garlic mushrooms, pate or melon at a set top-up price.
A premium would be charged for additional items over the standard six items. We charge £2.50 for each standard buffet item above first six, and for anything more substantial or fancy, £5.00 per extra item or a negotiable amount depending on numbers and requirements.
Our Chef has suggested these further options for your evening buffet
We suggest a simple core menu of say 6 items, all pretty general and safe items that will appeal across the board :
Home-made selection of filled White & Granary sandwiches & Filled Tortilla Wraps
Warm Sausage Rolls (everybody loves sausage rolls!!)
A Vegetarian or meat or fish based Quiche
Plain, BBQ or spicy Chicken drumsticks & Wings
Home-made Creamy Coleslaw
Plain or Curried Potato Salad
Crisp Mixed Salad
Some couples prefer a couple of 'sweet' options in their choice of six items for the basic buffet. These need to be simple, pre-portioned and appealing and quick, on a self-service style:
Profiteroles with Chocolate or toffee sauce!
Fruit or vanilla Cheesecake
Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis
Fresh Fruit salad
Summer Berry Eton Mess
Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce & Custard
Apple & Cinnamon Crumble
